Kazan Smart City is presented at the «State Order 2014» X Russian Forum

Business program of event include the discussion, related to the implementation of the Federal Law on the contract system in procurement, transparency and mechanisms to improve the efficiency of public procurement under the conditions of the contract system, as well as organizational and financial aspects of regional procurement.

Organizers of the forum, which opened today in Moscow «Crocus Expo», are: «SUPPORT OF RUSSIA», Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs, Russia People's Front «For fair procurement» project, Guild of national experts on state and municipal orders. The forum is supported by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow under the patronage of the Chamber of Commerce in Russia. 

Kazan Smart City, being one of the first Russian examples of planning territory in accordance with the concept of «smart city», is presented in the exposition of the exhibition-forum on the stand of the Republic of Tatarstan. On-screen broadcast the video
project and presentation, the exhibition also presents the information directories of Kazan Smart City. The forum and exhibition attended by representatives of the Technopolis operator – Tatarstan Development Corporation and Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. 

At the event will be held the first results of the practical application of the new law on the contract system, describes the experience of work in this direction. Forum, which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year, has established itself as an international event, which takes place at a crucial period of market reform procurement procedures in the country. «State Order 2014» attended by delegations from more than 60 regions of Russia and several foreign countries. Exhibition’s work covers more than 200 journalists from federal, regional and specialized media. A key theme of the forum is the «Contract system in procurement – step into the future. Myth or Reality?».
