in Kazan Smart City

So as to make the investment process in Kazan Smart City hassle-free and as attractive as possible, the Republic of Tatarstan is building the basic infrastructure and has created simple land purchase and lease policies, as well as a range of tax incentives for Kazan Smart City residents.

Infrastructure

The basic utilities and transport infrastructure of Kazan Smart City is currently being completed by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, which has allocated more than 100 mln. USD for the first phase of this work. By the end of 2015, Kazan Smart City will have the following capacities:

Up to 15 000 m3/hour
Gas supply
Up to 40 MW
Electricity 
Up to 5000 m3/day
Water supply

Land purchase

More then 200 land plots of Kazan Smart City, currently owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, are available on freehold purchase after 3 years of leasing agreement. 

Land in the Special Economic Zone can be purchased under the terms and conditions in accordance with the policy of SEZ Innopolis.

Tax benefits

Kazan Smart City offers a range of tax preferences for all residents. Residents of the Special Economic Zone are privy to further tax benefits.
